How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
Please provide the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification by providing:
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Thailand.
We will review and respond to DMCA notices and counter-notifications in accordance with the DMCA.
